Learn three interacting rules

Every scene has one colored object and a gold corner marker. Learn a three-part visual program from both examples. Its meaning must work on new scenes too.

MOVE shifts the object one cell toward the marker’s side. TURN rotates its bounding box, keeping the top-left corner fixed: one direction for a left marker, the opposite for a right marker. TINT changes one color only if the object’s left edge is in columns 1–4. Determine the turn direction, tint rule, and whether MOVE happens before or after TURN + TINT.

In example 1, moving first takes the left edge from column 5 to column 4. That changes whether tinting happens. The gold marker determines which way the rotation goes.
